The SSA PhD Symposium in 2020 was the first to be conducted online. The symposium showcased the latest addictions research from some of the newest, and most interesting, researchers in the field. Due to being held online, the 2020 event had a larger capacity and was, in many ways, more accessible to a wider range of PhD students than previous years’ symposia.
